Vinnessa has recently returned from the UK, where she excelled as a Finance Manager for a housing association—overseeing payroll, financial statements, and management accounts. That experience in a fast-paced commercial environment gave her an insider’s understanding of what makes business processes work smoothly in the real world.
Before her overseas adventure, she spent five years at a New Zealand accounting practice, gaining a solid grounding in client service and the CA environment. She’s now thrilled to be back, not just crunching numbers, but evolving into a trusted reviewer and mentor for our clients and team.
Highly organised (to-do list enthusiast extraordinaire!), she combines disciplined process-thinking with a people-first mindset. Whether it’s streamlining internal operations, solving problems or answering burning client questions, she’s driven to support clients in doing more than just meeting compliance – she wants to see them thrive.
In her downtime, you’ll find her exploring outdoors with her husband and their adorable Springer Spaniel, Case. She’s also partial to a good rugby match or curling up with a great book.
