This programme is designed for you if you’re an experienced business owner who want to future -proof your business or create an exit strategy and wealth creation plan that ensures you have the security and financial freedom to live the lifestyle you deserve and desire.
This unique programme uses a combination of online tools and small group workshops (with no more than six businesses in each group) where you can gain clarity and are kept accountable to achieve results.
This programme is designed specifically for:
- Experienced small business owners who have been in business more than three years and have more than 2 employees.
- Business owners who are in trade, services, retail, professional services or manufacturing industries.
- Your business is turning over more than $500,000 per year.
- You are willing to be kept accountable and supported by a small group that truly cares.
During this programme you’ll:
- Gain clarity on what you want for your life and business (and most importantly why you want it).
- Gain clarity on the purpose of your business, your vision, mission and values and the legacy you want to leave the world.
- Build a 5-year plan with a roadmap and steps required to get there. These steps will be broken down into sizeable chunks that are easy to implement.
- Gain an understanding of the missing gaps and the key drivers to focus on in your business in order to achieve your goals.
- Develop a set of Key Performance Indicators that are checked by you on a weekly and monthly basis so you can measure if you’re on track.
- Gain peace of mind and feel empowered to manage and grow your business in a way that suits your needs and strengths.
- Create a plan to accumulate wealth so that you can live a lifestyle you love while being true to yourself.
Staying accountable:
- Record your results and plans regularly in your private login on the special LIFT software.
- Check-in with Louise on how you are going six weeks after each workshop.
- Meet with the group quarterly to report on your last three months, any issues, to refocus your roadmap and learn about other topics of interest to the group.
Think of this as your own private Advisory Board
This is an entirely unique programme that not only offers you clarity and mentoring from Louise but the brains trust of other business owners who have faced and dealt with the very same issues you are experiencing. It’s like having your very own advisory board of active business owners.
We match the businesses to ensure there will be real value gained from each other. After 12 months we offer the opportunity to meet as a group on an ongoing basis. This is where the ‘advisory board’ concept really kicks in as you have developed firm, mutually beneficial relationships in the first year of working together.
This programme is registered with the Regional Business Partner Network and you may be eligible for Capability Voucher Funding which helps business owners access business training and coaching services, by providing them with up to a 50% subsidy (capped at $5,000) towards the registered service cost.
