Catherine believes artificial intelligence won’t replace people; it will help good people become even better. That’s why she’s focused on removing double handling, building shared knowledge and creating systems that allow the team to spend less time on administration and more time doing what they do best: building relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
Whether she’s improving workflows, developing dashboards that provide greater visibility across the business or creating a knowledge base that captures valuable experience, Catherine enjoys solving problems that make a lasting difference. For her, innovation isn’t about using the latest technology because it’s new. It’s about finding practical solutions that save time, reduce frustration and create consistency across the business.
Born and raised in Christchurch, Catherine has always called the city home and enjoys being part of the local community. Outside of work, life revolves around her son and supporting him in his many activities. She also volunteers with the Premmie Knitting Club, providing logistics support to help ensure handmade items reach families who need them most. When she finds a quiet moment, you’ll usually find Catherine with an iced coffee, a good book and a sunny spot to enjoy both.
