Meet Monica Macgregor
Client Services Administrator
Monica’s background is in administration and she joined us after working for a hydro engineering company as the Team Administrator, doing Reception, Accounts payable, wages (for 60+people), Admin/PA work for the management team.
She’s the face and voice that greets and takes care of our clients. She also manages the wages, accounts receivable/payable, sets up Xero for our clients, and assists with marketing, managing events & seminars, PA tasks and general office support.
What Monica loves most about her role is knowing that she’s helping busy business owners free up their time so they can enjoy life more, and stress less about doing all the admin work.
Monica is known as the ‘good deal finder’ and can sniff out a good deal and negotiate a bargain with the best of them. She says if there is a deal to be had, she can find it and it’s been how she’s managed to fund her travel and pay for her shopping habit. She’s a great baker and if you strike it right, you’ll be offered to partake in a little taste testing. She also loves dogs so it makes her very happy when our clients bring their furry friends with them to the office.
